What does the Wishlist Hero dashboard show?
The dashboard is your wishlist command center: a quota meter, this month’s insights, trend charts, top products and customers, and your reminder email performance. This page documents every element and what to do with it. Open it from Dashboard in the app navigation.
Quota meter
The top bar shows Wishlist Additions this month against your plan quota. It turns orange at 90 percent and red at 100 percent with an upgrade prompt. See Wishlist item quotas for what happens at the limit.
Insights this month
Three cards summarize the current month:
| Card | Shows | Click through |
|---|---|---|
| Wishlist Additions | Total items saved this month | The Activity page filtered to additions |
| Email Reminders | Reminder emails sent, split by Low stock and Product on sale | A CSV of the reminder log downloads |
| Products added to cart | Count and value of items moved to cart from the wishlist | The Activity page filtered to add to cart actions |
The value on the add to cart card is the sum of wishlisted prices for items shoppers moved to their cart. See How activity is tracked for what that measures and what it does not.
Statistics over a date range
The Statistics section has a date picker that defaults to the last 7 days. Changing the range reloads every card in it:
- Wishlist Additions
- Customers
- Products
- Products added to cart, with count and value
- Email reminders sent
Under the cards, the Wishlist Additions chart plots additions per day over the range, so launch spikes and campaign effects are visible at a glance.
Top lists
- Top 5 most wishlisted products: your most saved products in the range, with live product data from your catalog
- Top 5 customers: your most active wishlist shoppers by name
Both lists link into the full reports: Top wishlisted products and View customer wishlists.
Email performance
Two cards, Wishlist emails open rate and Wishlist emails click rate, show how your reminder and share emails perform. Rates refresh three times a day from the email service’s delivery statistics.
On the Free plan
The Free plan shows the quota meter, the insights cards, and an upgrade suggestion in place of the expanded statistics layout. Upgrading unlocks the full dashboard. Compare plans: Plans and features.
How this helps your store
Check the dashboard weekly: the insights cards tell you whether the wishlist is growing, whether reminders are going out, and whether shoppers move items to the cart. A rising add to cart value with flat additions means your reminders are working; the opposite says it is time to tune them.
