How well do my wishlist emails perform?
Wishlist Hero reports how many reminder emails it sent and how shoppers interact with them. This page documents the two report surfaces: the dashboard cards and the reminder log export. Both are available once you send reminders, which requires Silver and above.
The dashboard cards
On the Analytics dashboard you find email reporting in two places:
- Insights this month: the Email Reminders card shows this month’s sends, split by Low stock and Product on sale
- Statistics: the Email reminders card shows sends for your selected date range
- Wishlist emails open rate and Wishlist emails click rate: engagement percentages across your reminder and share emails
Rates refresh three times a day from the delivery service’s statistics, so the numbers trail sends by a few hours.
The reminder log export
Click the count on the Email Reminders card to download a CSV of the reminder log for the month. The log lists the reminder emails that went out, so you can audit:
- Which customers received a reminder and when
- Which reminder type fired: low stock or price drop
- How your reminder volume tracks against campaigns and seasons
The CSV downloads directly; the exports for customers, products, and activity are emailed instead. See Export wishlist data.
Reading the numbers
- Sends up, opens flat: your subject lines need work; edit them in the reminder settings.
- Opens up, clicks flat: shoppers are curious but the products inside are not moving; tighten the body and the Buy Now call to action.
- Clicks climbing: your reminders are earning their place; consider enabling the second reminder type if it is off.
Template changes are free and instant: see Price drop reminder and Low stock alert, then use Send test email to preview.
How this helps your store
Reminder emails reach shoppers at the exact moment a wishlisted product becomes more attractive. The open and click cards tell you whether that moment is landing; the send counts tell you how much of your list the reminders touch.
