How do I brand the emails Wishlist Hero sends?
Reminder and share emails wear your store, not ours: your store name, your sender name, your button colors, and your products. This page documents every branding surface on the emails and the current limits, so you know exactly what shoppers will see.
What carries your brand today

Set your sender identity
- Open Settings > Product on sale & Low stock email reminders.
- Set Sender Name to the name shoppers should trust: your brand name, or “Team at YourBrand”.
- Check the sender address shown; it is your store’s customer email. Replies go there.
- Save.

Match the buttons to your brand
The Buy Now button is the visual anchor of reminder emails. Set:
- Button background color
- Button text color
Pick them from your theme’s palette. The default is a purple background with white text.
Current limits
Know what the email template does not offer yet, so you can plan:
- Logo upload: the template header uses your store name, not an image logo
- Custom fonts and full template colors: the template ships with a fixed layout and base styling
- Custom sending domain: emails send from the app’s verified sending infrastructure with your sender name on them; a fully custom domain is not configurable in the app

Every template has Send test email. Use it after every change; the sample lands in your inbox with example products, prefixed as a sample email.
