Can I remove the “Powered by Wishlist Hero” branding?
Short answer: yes, with the Custom Branding setting, available on Silver plans and above. This page explains what the setting controls and how to turn it on.
The Custom Branding setting
Custom Branding removes the “Powered by” references from the app’s shopper facing surfaces, so the wishlist looks entirely like part of your store.
Turn it on in Settings > Custom Branding:
- Open Custom Branding from the Settings hub.
- Switch the toggle to enable removing the “Powered by” references.
- Save.
The setting is available on Silver plans and above. On the Free plan the screen shows an upgrade prompt, and enabling is refused until you upgrade. See Plan restricted features.
Where branding appears
The credit can appear on shopper facing app surfaces such as the notification popup and the wishlist view. Whether you see one depends on your app version and plan; if no credit is visible on your storefront today, there is nothing to remove.
Do you need it?
- Design led brands: turn it on so every pixel of the storefront is yours.
- Agencies building for clients: include it; the client’s store presents as fully white label.
- Testing the app on Free: the wishlist works fully; the credit and Custom Branding are the only difference.
