How do I read the wishlist activity feed?
The Activity page is the raw log of everything shoppers do with wishlists on your store, live and filterable. This page documents the columns, the filters, and the export. Open it from Activity in the app navigation.
The table
Each row is one action:

| Customer Name | Who acted, linked to their Shopify admin profile; guests appear without a name |
| Product Name | What they acted on, linked to the product |
| Action Time | When it happened |
| Action Type | One of: Added To Wishlist, Removed From Wishlist, New Wishlist, Added To Cart |
| View Wishlist | Opens the shopper’s list |
Rows load 25 at a time.
The filters
- Date range: narrow to a day, a campaign window, or a season
- Action type: tick one or more of the four actions, for example only Added To Cart
- Keyword search: find a product or shopper by name
A useful combination during launch week: date range of the launch plus only Added To Wishlist, to watch demand arrive live.
Export the feed
Click Export to CSV and a file of the filtered feed is emailed to your store owner address. Use it to join wishlist activity with your own reporting in a spreadsheet or BI tool. One export runs at a time per store.
